Here Again?

It's highly unlikely that this will last. I just have no time. By the time I leave work, go to the gym then eat dinner I'm wupped and ready for bed. The next days are much the same.

Today, I'm home with a cold. At least for now and at least decided not to tackle the weekend with such a vengeance but to spend time relaxing. It snowed yesterday and it's bitter cold.

So I am here.

I really have wanted to go to the movies to see Twilight. I'm a huge fan of the books and did manage somehow to squeeze the time to read them. Mostly when I'm on the Elliptical Trainer. It keeps the time moving quickly and before I know it, my 30 minutes has passed.

But I think it might be important to reasses my time to some pursuits that are enjoyable. I used to like spending time here. I used to love photographing but have pretty much stopped that too. I do think I need some balance.

So, adios and see you later.

There's No Place Like Home...there's no place like home...there's no place...

A few days ago, when I went on an interview at one of those familiar places, I saw many faces I hadn't seen in a while. "You look wonderful," was what so many said, "the relationship must agree with you".

I laughed. While the relationship is great, the only responsibility for not having dark circles under my eyes, for not having shoulder's slumped in exhaustion, for not having a perennial frown, goes to the unemployment gods.

Oh I bow to you mighty one, for giving me nights that allow rest and days that allow fun and relaxing pursuits.

But when did fun pursuits turn to inane activities. Is it now boredom that pursues me?

Kick your heels three times Dorothy.

I decided to take photos of my home and post them on Flickr. I wanted to try out Flickr as opposed to SmugMug (which I think I like better). I want to remember my home in case it does sell and I move out. But I also lacked for something more productive to do. I guess I need to revisit my hobbies - until the cash runs out that is.

There's No Place Like Home!
