At the airport. Headed to Dallas to meet up with him and spend a few days with him and his daughter Tamara and her boyfriend Jacob who are just great people!.
Lots of eating and drinking-lots of fun.

Tripping

I took him and his partner to the airport today, for a business trip to Columbus, Ohio. Not that exciting.

I always have mixed feelings when he's gone. I like my time alone, and doing the things I do at MY house, but I do miss him. I've gotten to dislike sleeping alone anyway. There's some weird sense of disconnection...I can't quite explain.

He'll be back on Thursday, no big deal, but November will be a bit of a difficult month. He is traveling most of the month. To appease me however, he will fly me out to Dallas for 5 days while he is there on business. His daughter lives there so it's a good excuse to visit with her for a few days. That will be fun.

I don't really get to pick the trips, but I do know about some that will be coming up in 2008 and I'm secretly putting in my bid to go with him. Oh heck, how secret is begging, really?!

Rain, Rain go away.

At the airport. It's too early. Up at 4:00 am. Sitting in the President's Club thinking about having a bagel. Flying to Rochester with him. Not exactly the vacation capital of the world.

Just saw his son and son's girlfriend off to Florida. I should have gone with them. (Kidding of course).

It will be fun. Going to his office and then to visit friends. The Rutger's game..go Rutgers!!!! and then a winery on Sunday.

Make the rain stop!
